With guided meditation, there’s no question of what to do. You are led into a relaxed state by spoken word guidance. Certified Hypnotist and Hypno-Coach Susie McGarry will walk you through the process step by step. Visualizations combined with relaxing music create an immersive experience. You will be transported to a tranquil state and return feeling refreshed – ready to accomplish your goals and responsibilities more calmly throughout the day.

Now on her eleventh year of experience in professional public speaking, Susie has travelled to schools and universities throughout Ohio and West Virginia speaking to students, including those with behavioral and/or learning disabilities. She also speaks to corporate teams and community organizations on topics including stress reduction, behavior modification using hypnosis, the 40:30:30 principle for weight control, and techniques for establishing empowering, life-changing habits.

About Susie

Susie McGarry is an engaging speaker who has been inspiring and educating audiences of all ages for the past decade. Her presentations are packed with anecdotes, personal experiences, and tips to immediately start changing your life for the better. She has helped hundreds of hypnosis and meditation clients in one-on-one, small group, and auditorium sessions. Certified through the Society of Psycholinguistics, Susie’s training is recognized by the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), The National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc. (NGH), The American Council of Hypnotists Examiners (A.C.H.E.), and the International Headquarters of Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). She graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College (now University) with a BA with honors in Business Administration and Communications with an emphasis in public speaking.
